About Me
- Born in 1972 in Washington, DC
- Grew up in Upper Marlboro, MD
- 5th out of 6 kids ( 3 boys, 3 girls....i'm the youngest girl :)
- Played soccer, swam on swim team and played pretty much every little league sport
- 1st girl to ever play tackle football for our boys and girls club
- Graduated top 5% of class from Frederick Douglass Senior High School
- Worked as lifegaurd, assistant pool manager, clerk at florist, subway sandwich artist, tv camera operator, tv newscasts director, promotions/commercial editor, TAAS test evaluater (only once, that was enough grading high school essays), trade show coordinator, customer service coordinator, school photographer, media graphics assistant, and various jobs in between
- Graduated Cum Laude from Northeast Louisiana University (now changed to University of Louisiana at Monroe) with a B.A. in Radio/TV/Film Production
- Migrated to Austin, TX in 1998 where I now reside
- Joined National Comedy Theatre (formerly ComedySportz) improv troupe in 1999
- Finished my M.Ed. in Educational Technology through the UT Telecampus and UT - Brownsville in August 2004.
- Completed my first triathlon - Danskin Traithlon June 12, 2005.
- Gave birth to my son Connor - Sept. 6 2006
